I don’t write reviews much, but this one deserves it. This is my first time working with an accountability coach, and Floh has been an essential asset in my growth as a small business owner and as a person. He helps me realize what’s actually important in my crazy to do list, sets realistic and measurable goals, and keeps me focused on them. Since beginning this program, I’ve witnessed EXPONENTIAL GROWTH in almost EVERY aspect (obviously nothing will ever be perfect). The beauty of it is that he doesn’t do the work for me - he takes my plans and potential and finds an effective way to make me as efficient as possible. Floh and his work are perfect examples of what this program is trying to represent: A coach that helps you “get sh*t done”. Highly recommend!

Floh is a Commander (ENTJ)
Commanders are natural-born leaders. People with this personality type embody the gifts of charisma and confidence and project authority in a way that draws crowds together behind a common goal.
However, Commanders are also characterized by an often ruthless level of rationality, using their drive, determination, and sharp minds to achieve whatever end they’ve set for themselves.

A Commander (ENTJ) is someone with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits. They are decisive people who love momentum and accomplishment. They gather information to construct their creative visions but rarely hesitate for long before acting on them.
